Presentation

Hein Marketing GmbH lead information and communication systems in all the purchase sectors of the company. Our task is neither to buy, nor to sell, we sell information. It does not matter the branch in which our customers are, which products they are looking for, our team search in the whole world and detects the suppliers who are in position to offer according to the requirements. We help in this way to find the most favourable purchase solution, concerning price, quality, delivery period... And we keep informed our customers about the current evolutions in their market. We keep long-term relations with our customer (more than 10 years).

5 employees currently work in our Head Office, located at Koblenz, in Germany and 7 in the European and Asian countries, who are in charge of the direct contacts with the suppliers and the buyers in their fields.

Our Work
 
Sourcing / Suppliers Research

First we search for suppliers and ask for offers according to customers request. We ask as well for background information about their activities and we establish company profiles with details about their product-ranges and export activities. These offer requests give a first outline of the situation in the market: the suppliers, who are interested, must provide first precise answers. Control questions allow comparisons and an effective pre selection.

Price Comparison

These comparisons enable us to effect a second selection of suppliers in co-operation with the client.

The Offer & Company Profile

In reference to this comparison, we prepare the detailed offers of the best suppliers once our client agrees
with the price-level and we negotiate samples and further steps for preparing the first business. Below is a presentation of a projector screen supplier.

Fair Visits

We accompany our customers to fair visits or we visit fairs on his behalf in order to find new suppliers and new product ideas. We establish a visit report about each supplier who could bring some new incentives and ideas to our client. Below one example of such a report.
 
Business Relationship

To detect suppliers is not our only task. We follow attentively all the preparation of the new business relationship as contract and import negotiations, control of the agreed terms and conditions, quality control, suppliers’ visits…

Factory Visit

We visit the selected suppliers, accompanied by our customer or vice-versa - to have a first personal meeting and to discuss about sales terms, final prices, first orders…

Business Course

Our customers send us their orders and we continuously check the procedure of the business course. (Exchange of all information between customer and supplier, and checking of all the documents)

Inspection Plan

The inspection plan is realized in collaboration with our client in order to guide our inspectors during the inspections in the suppliers factories.

Inspection Report

Our inspectors work in several countries in the world. The inspection report is issued in most cases at the same day of the inspection, and is immediately sent to our customer.
